Professional Longarm Quilting Services

We will contact you to confirm your order and computerized pattern for your quilt.  Choose your thread color and pattern off the charts provided.  If you are looking for something else contact us and we will see if we can assist you.

Preparation of the quilt!

  • Quilt top, batting and backing should be separated-not basted together.
  • Quilt top pressed, clean and free of any threads. Please do not place any pins in the quilt except one safety pin to identify the top of the quilt.
  • Backing and Batting needs to be squared up and 10 inches larger and wider than the quilt top. This allows for 5" extra on every side as I try to center your backing.
  • Backing should be seamed and squared up as much as possible. DO NOT SEND A BED SHEET! It is not suitable for quilting and will not be accepted.
  • Place your quilt top, back and batting in in a plastic bag before placing it in the box. Place all info to include contact information in the package.
  • Once you place your order we will contact you via email to provide you shipping information for your quilt.
  • Ship your quilt to us via USPS, UPS or FedEx with shipping confirmation.
  • We cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged enroute to us during shipping. Please insure and track your package. Once it arrives we will treat it as one of our own!!!
Our Job!

  • We will send you an email to confirm that your quilt has arrived
  • We confirm your pattern and thread color choice, Variegated Thread is an EXTRA CHARGE  ($5.00)
  • We will quilt your top as if it was our own!!!
  • My Studio/Home is a smoke/pet/food free environment
  • Generally  we will try to turn/ship your quilt around within 4-6weeks from the time it was received, however there are times( especially at the holidays and fall) when it could be up to 10 weeks.  please check with me if you have a time frame your working with.
  • We ship 95% of all quilts with Fedex, on occasion we will use USPS Priority Mail.  All outbound packages are insure for $100.00 for damage or loss.  If you want to insure your package for more then the $100.00 the cost is $2.00 per hundred dollars of additional insurance and will be billed via paypal.

Return Shipping: $20.00 deposit on Shipping & Handling , with the current rates, I will be shipping the most cost effective way.
Due to the increase in shipping, I am finding that actually shipping cost works best for most folks.  This can be billed thought paypaI, or added to your next quilt service.  I do price shop for you.
